Great watch buying experience. Gave me the exact Rolex I wanted the same day at a great price.
We purchased a diamond necklace cross online as a Xmas gift for our Mother. In looking around at the malls there just was not a great selection and anything i would be expecting for the price range we were looking at. So while looking online i found the Stein Diamonds website and we found the selection and prices to be much larger and nicer. When we received the necklace it was as nice as I could picture CZ jewelry, and packaged very nicely to give as a gift. ?All that being said, unfortunately when we gave the gift to my Mother it was not her desired style she would have picked. We were obviously a little disappointed however we were aware that Stein offers a 30 day money back guarantee. After calling and speaking with an individual named Shaun, I told him what happened and he said that it was no problem and gave me instructions on sending the item back, and when they received the item they would refund the purchase. Following his instructions, I sent the item back and when they received it back on the very same day (I had a tracking label) they refunded in full my purchase.I was sad that the item we picked out for our Mother wasn’t to her liking, however I was extremely happy in my dealings with Stein in both my purchase and return process. They were with me all the way helping me thru both processes without any hassle.I look forward to doing business again with them soon! I highly recommend working with them!
What an amazing store Stein Diamonds is! I wish I had found this place sooner!! The prices are so amazing for the quality of diamonds that you get. Stein Diamonds has a huge selection of all kinds of different types of diamond jewelry. It’s like heaven for a girl. 
The staff at Stein Diamonds is super friendly and really helps you with what you’re looking for. The owners of Stein Diamonds even came out to greet me when I went in there and they made sure that I got exactly what I wanted. It’s a place that you don’t have to worry about over spending because the prices are so realistic and I was able to buy the jewelry pieces I wanted. I’m glad I found Stein Diamonds because I don’t have to shop around anymore for watches or diamond jewelry. Their showroom is really beautiful as well. Very cute boutique. Can’t wait for my next purchase!!
I tried to order a watch through their website. ?The website advertised shipping within 4 days, which was backed up by me calling them to ask. ?It was around Christmas time, granted, but I made my order well over a week before. ?After calling back several times (and promising by Christmas until the last call) they told me the watch was on backorder for 3 more weeks.After this, they were very professional and overnighted me a check refund so I could purchase the watch elsewhere. ?I would feel confident doing business with them again, just not if you have a deadline.
I had a diamond ring for my wife made here, and it turned out beautifully. At first I was nervous Sterling Silver Pendants, having only read reviews and forums about Stein, but Martin was very good corresponding and replying to my emails whenever I had a question.As a first time buyer through them, Martin also upgraded the diamond for free. ?The prices were really good for the setting and the diamond. I received an appraisal as well, for insurance purposes. ?And the diamond was GIA certified.I highly recommend them. ?Thanks again Martin.
I was shopping for a three stone diamond ring for my wife for our 25th anniversary. I chose Stein based on internet reviews and location. I made an appointment with Paris (she was awesome) and with her expert help, I chose a stone and setting exceeding five figures. Needless to say, I was nervous, but Paris and staff took the time to explain the “four c’s” and helped me pick a a fantastic stone and setting. I had done my homework and knew that she was being honest and forthcoming with all info. There were no surprises whatsoever. Communication Sterling Silver Necklaces, service and commitment was excellent and they did what they said they’d do. What more can you ask for. While I knew that their appraisal was too high, I took the ring to one of the foremost independent appraisers in LA and he still appraised it for $3500.00 more than I paid. My wife cried.
